Tim and his team did a major renovation and addition on our 1913 Bungalow in the heart of the Potter Highlands in Denver. From the first time I met Tim I knew he was a man of great integrity, a quality that can be lacking in the construction field. Throughout our project he proved this to me time and time again.
His team members and subcontractors all worked very hard to ensure we ended up with a final product that we loved. This is not to say there weren't challenges with our project. There were.
