Saul Construction

The Saul Team

Tim Saul

Owner

Tim Saul grew up on a cattle ranch in Southwest Colorado, where he learned the value of hard work early on. His mother was a high-end interior designer which gave him early exposure to quality homebuilding.

While attending college in Denver, he worked construction and gained valuable hands-on experience. After obtaining a business degree he was hired at a respected consulting firm to the construction industry helping contractors run their businesses. In 1997, he built his first custom home in the mountains west of Denver. That experience led him to start his own construction company in 2003.

Since then, Tim has focused on building custom homes and remodels with honesty, integrity, and transparency. He believes in doing things the right way and creating lasting impressions that lead to lasting relationships.

When he’s not working, you’ll find him with his family, watching his boys play sports or enjoying the outdoors.
